I'm Shamim from Bangladesh. one of my project we have installed U motion client (MTN6260-0310) and wiser for KNX (LSS100100). U motion can't access the w4k interface. we have tried long time to solve the issue but failed. I have attached the video and picture for more understanding.
Wiser IP address: 192.168.100.34 (FW V2.8.3)
U motion Client: 192.168.100.35 (FW V1.3.4) can't find any update FW in Schneider website.
Can anyone support to solve the problem?

The firmware of the U.motion client is too old and not compatible with newer version of Wiser4KNX.
You need to upgrade to version 1.4.4 (it will no longer support Intercom function).
Please see below links to firmware packages 1.4.3 and 1.4.4.
The first folder contains instruction how to do the upgrade which You strictly have to follow. You have to install each package in the correct sequence and reboot and emty cache after each package.

We have faced a problem with U motion client Touch 10” and Wiser for KNX. U motion can't access W4K visualization where it show invalid login user name and password in CTP but same time access by Laptop.
