Hello dears,
I have the TS MTN6215-5910 while during normal use its suddenly restart.
this issue almost happened several times during testing and commissioning, and it will be very noise for the customer and might reject them.
attached Screen shot from the TS showing its FW.
ETS 5 was used in the project.

Hello @IC_Systems
I see three possible options:
1) split the line into 2 and use separate 640mA PS for each line
2) use 1280mA PS instead the 640mA PS
3) install two 640mA PS in parallel in the same line; but this option has restrictions:
- it is possible with our new 640mA PS MTN6513-0102; you would need to have a distance of 200m between the two PS (distance = length of bus cable)
- it is not possible with our old PS MTN684064; this product doesn't allow 2 PS installed in parallel in one bus line
- When using PS from different manufacturer than Schneider Electric you'd need to check with the manufacturer whether it is allowed

Hello IC-Systems!
Indeed, it sounds pretty strange.
Is it a new device which you program the first time and you see this effects?
Just trying to understand in which direction we need to think to identify the root cause.

Hello @Thomas_Rohde
Yes its a new product.
I think the issue in the firmware, but when check its compatible with ETS 5 !
Edit:
Its happened for more than one TS this is the strange behavior its happened when navigate between pages.

Hi, I had this issue too on a customer building.
When sliding page, after 2 or 3 slide quick, the product sometimes restart.
We use the new 1280ma power supply.

Hello
Could be an issue of insufficient power supply. Multitouch Pro takes 28mA from the bus.
As well it could be an issue of overloaded memory when using customized files. Did you upload customised icons or screensaver file?

hello dears,
the issue is exactly like @domotiqa said, after several slides quickly, the product sometimes restart.
I separate the devices with sufficient power supply, but If you think it could be an issue of insufficient power supply then I will check each power supply load.
In my case I didn't upload customized files.
Edit:
I find in one Line the power about 740 while the power supply is 640mA.
I will solve the power supply issue then I will check.
Thank you for the support @Heribert_Dölger

740mA indeed is too high. Hope by that you can solve the problem.

I solved the problem by using the OFF screen delay. So less heat I guess... so electronic are less on pression. For me it s hardware problem. However I should have it on other too (we have 15 touch)

Strange that it happens only on one device. What exactly do you mean with "OFF screen delay"? Did you deactivate the screensaver?

Hello @Heribert_Dölger
I want to solve it by using 1280mA Power supply instead of the 640mA, I have 60 KNX Devices in that line. Do you have other suggestion, while create a new line with new line coupler and power supply is not easy.
