Strange issue clear the trend data!

Hello Dears,

Suddenly all the trend data disappeared I check the alert there are a strange system alert with date 12.2025!

2025.12.31 00:00:16    system     System start
2025.12.31 13:02:57    system     System start

even no one change the date and its connected to the network ntp!

only the monthly and yearly data available in the trend viewer

Hello IC_Systems!
System Start means normally that the device is restarting ... either forced by SW (Manually) or through a power loss.
He is not saveing any actual data any more? Or only for a certain period?

its restarted by power loss mostly.

not saving any more, and the old data disappeared!

Just to conclude here for everybody. To install a former backup made the device run again as usual.
This underlines how important it can be to make regular backups 😉
