Show "status" on 4" Mini 6215-0410
Hi,
i am fairly new to the whole knx world and hope you can help me.
I plan on using several of the Spacelogic Minis in my house. Beside switching and setting parameteres I really would like them to show if a window is open or if there is a fault somewhere. So far I have not found anything that I can use for this purpose. In my understanding something like the "weather information" toggle sun/rain would be great if I could use it independent with different icons.
Hope somebody can help me on this as it is a huge deal breaker at the moment.

Hi Robert!
Welcome to this forum and to KNX in general 😊 Nice to hear that you like the 4" MiniTouch!
Regarding your topic, I fully agree with you that we should have such kind of functionality. Two parts: 1. Window/door contact You could use, as a kind of workaround, to use the switching function.
But in this case, when you click on the icon you will change the status while the window is untouched. So it would show a wrong status only until a new cyclic telegram (from the window sensor) will arrive. When nobody touches the icon, it will represent the status of the window correctly.
2. The fault visualization could work in the same way, but you would need to upload a dedicated customized icon as it is not part of the delivered set of default icons.
