Can I send data from 2 different lines with "KNX Router IP" devices with 1 KNX BMS IP Gateway ?

Or maybe gateway can read data directly from IP routers over IP without line connection ?

Yes, it is capable. 
Basically, the routing/tunneling features of the LSS100300 are the same as for LSS100100/200

I want to be sure that I will be able to communicate every way on KNX level, especially:

A<->B,C,D

It is also important to be able to communicate from Z1 to every KNX Line.

Z1 <->A, B, C,D

I'm wondering if LSS100300 (A line) won't be flooded by communication for B,C,D line if I want to make monitoring of every device under B,C,D lines to BACnet/IP. LSS100300 would be so intelligent to route all B,C,D communications directly to BACnet interface?

In MTN6500-0103 I see additional configuration options and KNX network is aware of MTN6500-0103, but I can't add LSS100300 to ETS project so i wonder how it will work
