Schneider Wiser for KNX Apps not connected with iPad

Hi

We are working on a Luxury Building KNX based Automation with Schneider Brand where we used wiser for KNX device (LSS100100) for controlling Smart device. we have facing problem where wiser for KNX apps not connected with LSS100100. we are trying several times to connect the apps but apps repeated shown controller name and password as per attachment. please find the attached file for your better understanding. 

Could anyone please support how to solve the issue.

Hello Samimul_Islam,

I see that you are using the old App. In which country you are going to use the app?
Background of my question ... the new app is not launched in all countries.

Beside that ...

As you are using a tablet to control the building.
What about to use the normal browser and bring a link to the homescreen.
Maybe much simpler?

Thanks for your email. My country is Bangladesh. I downloaded wiser for KNX apps from google which extension file name is APK file this apps is not available in my country.  Subnet musk was wrong that why its repeated controller user name and password. Now apps is functional.
