I'm a little bit confused about possibilities of visualization inside Schneider KNX. Is there any training about this? Correct me if I'm wrong:
There is only one visualization option from Schneider KNX product range and this is called Touch 3 web application witch works on LSS100100 and LSS100200 but can be viewed by:
1) web browser (newest Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari ) when we login directly to LSS100100/200.
2) special cloud application installed from google Play on android device. Application is called "Wiser for KNX Remote" witch is more secure than direct exposing LSS100100/200 on Internet. Data are transferred to user device using special kind of virtual connection called VPN. It is most secure option but it depends on external servers witch are must be online and accept your connection. They can refuse connection when your LSS or "Wiser for KNX Remote" are in very old version because security is most important.
3) dedicated devices like. They are like stationary web browsers (like powered tablet)

MTN6260-0310 | U.MOTION TOUCH Panlel10 CLIENT |
U.motion KNX Server was discontinued because its functions was replaced by LSS100100/200

Hi,
There are trainings for Wiser for KNX / spaceLYnk (LSS100100 / LSS 100200) aiming on the usage and programming of the device and how to create the different visu's that can be used.
You are right that these are currently the only two devices that are used to create a visu, but do you realy need anything else? (:
Both controllers / servers are webbased and free programmable, any device with a browser can be used to present, use and control the created KNX project.
You have the option to 4 different visu methods:
1) PC / Tablet, this method is used to create a fully free formatted project, any layout, size and presentation can be created and you can give your visu your own look and feel. This is in general used for touch panels and usually not used for smartphones due to the size different and orientation between panels and phones (landscape vs portrait), however you could create a layout especially for smartphone usage in that resolution and portrait orientation.
2) Smartphone, this methode creates a text based visualisation automatically based on the elements you create in the first option. The layout is dark or light and optionally style-able with custom css but requires some css skills.
3) Touch3, this methode is based on a app, the look and feel can be adjusted but the visu is build out of control elements that are positioned on a grid and is giving you the option to create a nice looking visu in a little time period, the layout is more or less fixed and look and feel can only be adjusted by styling, the result is very nice but in the PC / Tablet you have much more freedom to build your own look and feel. Big plus of Touch3 is that it also opens the option for Alexa and Google assistent as each control element can be assinged to the speech platforms.
4) Create your own HTML5 page with Apps, this method is the most difficult one and is not used a lot due to the intensive work and skills that are needed to do this, but with this method you can build any website look and feel and link it to the objects in the controller. A sample for this the alert manager app, this is created on this methode.
The Wiser for KNX Remote App is a solution that is connecting over a VPN connection to your controller, the connection is secure and allows you to connect to your controller without having the need of open ports in your router. The visualisation that can be showed in the app is based on the created visualization in step 1 - 4 mentioned above, without any visu created project the app won't show any control options.
I hope this clarifies your questions a bit..
BR,
Erwin

Thanks @Erwin-vd-Zwart
I'm searching for solution to propose to client for retrofit. He have existing KNX application with dimmers and controls them using remote. They want to replace dimmer so it is easy i will propose MTN6710-0102 + MTN6810-0102 (and of course great video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZreXIHyNdZA )
In any case i need LSS100100/200 +

MTN6260-0310 | U.MOTION Touch Panel 10 CLIENT |
If they ask me what they should use LSS100100/200 what is rule o thumb? One per line?

Normally we have 1 device per projects, even when having more than 1 line, but there are projects where we use multiple controllers (for example as zone couplers) but this is mostly done in big projects to reduce traffic load on the controllers.

Hello Piotr,
Erwin has already very detailly explained a visualization options in W4K, spaceLYnk. Thank you Erwin!
MTN6260-0307 U.motion Touch panel 7" is going to be replaced by a new Touch panel with the same dimension. The project is running and should be available in March 2022 at Light & Building fair. There will be a KIOSK application running inside for easy and fast configuration of the Touch panel and establish connection with visualization server in controller.
This is for "local visualization".
We are aware about outdating of Wiser for KNX Remote app. This App will be replaced by new one, completely redesigned and not running over VPN anymore which improve performance tremendously. This new App is right now under development.
