Remote Services stop working after upgrade to V3.0

Hello dears, 

I was using remote services to receive http command from Zennio getface IP intercom.

after upgrading SL to V3.0 it stop working.

I know that the authentication moved from Basic to sessions, and the Basic authentication could be enabled in the remote service in the next update release.

Could you confirm this, also the proposed date for the next version update?

 

Edit:

If the new update will take time, could I downgrade From V3.0 to V2.8.3, do you have any concerns?

Downgrade is not supported, the only way to do that is reflash the SD card and use old FW, but you cannot use a backup from 3.0 so you need old version backup

I try downgrade SL on my office as a test and it downgraded successfully, but I am afraid to downgrade a working site while its not supported.

do you have an approximate date for the next release?

If the next release will take a long time then I will try your tips

Hello Team,

I need to provide the customer with an estimated date. Unfortunately, the recent FW 3.0 update has consumed a significant amount of my time and that of my colleagues as we determined the issue was related to the upgrade. Schneider failed to notify us about this problem and did not offer a hotfix or workaround.

I hope you pay attention to this matter.
