Regarding KNX High Bay Sensor (MTN6354-0019) lock command

Hi Everyone!

We are having an issue with the High bay presence detector MTN6354-0019. The locking command for the detector doesn't work. The detector is configured as High bay 63x4 and using light output for ON/OFF control of lighting circuits. The lock command is linked to the switch input from a Unica Touch panel (MTN6215-0410).

Parameter settings for the detector are attached and looking forward to the solution.

Can you please share a picture of your device (backside)?
Because we have different Firmware-Versions and so it would be needed to understand which version you have.
