Question about the KNX Multitouch module with RTCU 1920 MTN6215-5910

We have hundreds of MTN6215-5910 modules in our building, and some of them are losing their configuration after being turned off and restarted. Do you know if there's any fix that can be applied to correct this issue?

can you please provide more information about the devices please?!
Which ETS-Application you are using?
Which HW-Version you have installed?
Please make a startup picture of the screen when disconnect a Multitouch and reconnect after some seconds.
Attention: You need to be quick with the foto as the information screen will last only some seconds!

Please check the instruction file whether this might help you.

We are using a ETS 5.7.7, ETS Version 14, FW version =  26.1 and FS version = 2.10.

I didn't understand the procedures for upgrading. Do I need to use MultitouchUpdater software to update the firmware?

Yes correct. FW update can only be done with Multitouch Pro updater tool.
