We are thrilled to announce the release of the new version 1.4.7 of Wiser KNX, along with the spaceControl mobile App for Switzerland, now available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
This latest release is now accessible in the following countries: Finland, Austria, Ecuador, India, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Belgium, and Israel, and will soon be available in Estonia.
Moreover, this version introduces several new features, such as feed-in tariff support, Custom modes for thermostats, etc., and brings significant enhancements to the overall stability of the app, noticeable from the moment you start using it.

I have a strange issue, the objects didn't update in the wiser knx app while in the touch vis. its updated!
what could cause this issue!
I use the latest FW 3.0.0, HW3.1, Wiser KNX 1.4.7

Did they work before and suddenly stopped updating?
If you restart the App is there no change?

1- Does this happen with ALL objects or with some specific ones? most of the objects did not update, only few objects are updating, while in the touch Vis. all are updating.
2- Does this happen with ALL objects or with some specific ones? before I was using the Wiser KNX on the old HomeLYnk HW1, its response time was slow. recently I moved to the Wiser for KNX HW3.
3- If you restart the App is there no change? no its not updated

Yes, the HWv1 does not support the App, only from HWv2 & 3.
Could you please send us an email to wisersupport@se.com with:
1. The above description of your issue
2. Your controller's MAC address
3. Your controller's backup
