Multitouch Pro with floor heating, PWM demand not acting to drop in temperature

Hi,

On multiple occasions from the evening on, the actual temperature is dropping below the setpoint and the PWM demand for heat is not acting like it should be. Resulting in a temperature difference of almost 2 degrees.

Could someone please assist?

Please find the trendlogs and ETS6 configuration attached 🙂

"Vraag N0" = demand for heating on level N+0

"Modues N0" = 1 = heating mode

Thanks in advance,

Niels Sels

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your answer. The other issue they are having is indeed that the floor heating is not strong enough to reach the requested set temperature. To provoke a faster reaction time I will give the shorter cycle time a try and keep you posted. I will include the outdoor temperature if needed.

Kind regards,

Niels

Hello Supersoon!
It seems that your configuration in general is correct.
Could it be possible that the underfloorheating is not strong enough to reach the dedicated room temperature?
It seems you reach it only during lunchtime when there is even no heating demand.
All the rest the system tries to heat up.
Maybe it is also worth to select a shorter cycletime of 5min instead of 20min.
Do you have the chance to include in your trends as well the outdoor temperature?

Kind regards
Thomas
