Hallo everyone,
I have a KNX system with MultiTouch pro as Thermostat in each room (MTN6215-5910), an underfloor Remote Sensor (MTN5775-0003), and an underfloor heating system with its valve connected to Switch Actuator.
The MultiTouch Pro is configured as a Heating type of control, PI-Control underfloor heating with no additional level, the output of Pi control is PI Control (switching), with no fan.
My problem is: The multitouch pro keeps the valve on when though setpoint of temp is 17 and room temp is 24.
could anyone help what is the problem here? I used an object (Correcting variable heating (basic level)) to control the system (it is in one group address with a valve (switch actuator) is it the right method?

Hi.
If you have'nt already fixed this.
Have you checked if the valve Is controlled from NO or NC?
It could be shifted so its closed when its suppose to open and vise versa,
This parameter should be set in the actuator that controls the valve.
Test If setpoint is set over the actual value (24), like 28, do the valve closes then?
