Hello,
I have a Homelink, Wiser LSS100100 HW 1.xx.
This device was working perfectly, but for the past month, a red light has been permanently lit inside, near the micro SD card.
Only once or twice did one of the two green lights on the top left of the device light up.
When I ping it, the device is red, but it does not show any ARP requests.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong with it, if there is a solution, and why this has happened?
Thanks
Vico

Hi Vico!
Sorry for the late reply!
Can you reach still the device?
And if so ... what is the dedicated level of CPU-Load?
And in any case I would try to make a backup!
If you cant reach the W4K at all or only partly then it could indicate that the SD-Card is dying.

Dear Thomas,
Thank you very much for your attention.
I don't have access to the device.
I tried to create an SD card and load a backup I have, but I haven't been able to do so.
Could you tell me the correct steps, please, and the recommended size for the SD card?
Kind regards,
Vico
