Issue loading projects with firmware version 3.0.0

I created some projects in a spaceLYnk with firmware version 2.7.0, I took a back up of these projects and am now trying load them onto a spaceLYnk that has firmware version 3.0.0 but the objects and visualisations wont load at all. I've tried removing all the scripts before uploading but am experiencing the same issue. 

Are there any other things that could interfere with the changes to the firmware?

I think I will not try yet to upgrade. first for a V3 don't look much upgrade functionnality.

Always bug on first "major" update.

Looks like it s more to secure/close the system (more restriction since 2.6.2 firmware) but no improvment...

Good morning, 

I will need to check if I am able to share the project back up.

The issue is that when I load the project back up, none of the visualisations I've created are imported and neither are any of the objects. 

I've also had some issues with icons and text disappearing when I try and alter them on firmware version 2.8

Any update? Without the backup or further information (like a video) it is pretty hard to help.

Hiya, I sent the back up to Schneider Electric Advanced Technical Support and was told that there was a problem with the database but that it would be fixed when using FW v3.1.0. They were able to produce a backup that gets around the issue to use with FW v3.0.0 as a placeholder.
