SpaceLogic AS-B-24-P

I have SpaceLogic AS-B-24-P to configure with EBOW software, I wante to have accces by web interface. The default IP address which is 192.168.1.99 is not working when I Ping. I put the AS-B-24-P in my local network with DHCP configuration and the SpaceLogic takes an IP address which is 192.168.100.25, the ping is Ok but I haven't acces to the web page interface. I do the reset to factory configuration and the issue is the same. I need your help please.
