Dear Sir,
We are facing problems with C Bus Wiser2_5918 installation. This is residential installation with Static IP. Not able to remote access C Bus neither thru Laptop or thru Android Mobile Wiser App. On trying to access thru Wiser App from mobile it gets in to Wiser but just shows adobe flash player emblem and stops their. As suggested we have tried changing the port forwarding to ports other than 80 also, but without any result.
We have successfully installed Wiser2_5918 in the past with static ip and remote access thru LapTop was working fine. In the recent 4 installations over a period off 1 year this problem has cropped up.
Solution Required: Remote access of C Bus thru Wiser2_5918 with static ip from Lap Top and/or Android Mobile.

HI
With regards to the Wiser2_5918 . For Access Via PC Remotely or Locally using the PC Web Browser such as Edge or Chrome, Due to the Discontinuation of Adobe Flash access via PC web Browsers is currently not possible.
Development is ongoing to replace the Adobe Flash content with a new HTML5 compliant version - while this Development is close to complete it is at this time not ready for commercial release. It is hopeful that this Firmware update for the product will be available soon.
In the mean time for PC access you are still able to Build from the PICED software a Projector File which can be run on the PC and configured using the local config file to access the Wiser 2 unit both local and remotely. the limitation is that use of Kiosk PC's etc is not possible without the Projector files being stored on the PC. Please refer to the Help and documentation in the PICED software for Building of a local projector file. We do hope that this inconvenience will be resolved shortly with our next update.
As for Access using Android Tablets. Are you using the latest version of the Wiser 2 Application from the google play store.
Wiser 2 - Apps on Google Play
The Application is not dependent on adobe Flash and thus by your description of the fault that you are seeing the adobe flash emblem on the android tablet it is indication that you may be using the Android web browser and not the dedicated application.
