CBUS FAN controller Problem with EDLT

There are minor difficulties on site and also with speed levels of fan modules on site .
When we change speed from module physically then the fan works on al three speeds ie low medium and high . But when we switch fan speeds from EDLT the fan works on two speeds only is low and high , it does not work on medium speed . We have tried doing everything but still the problem remains unsolved.

Regards,

Akash Shinde

Hi Akash

can I please confirm that you are using the most recent C-Bus Toolkit Software Version and Firmware version for the EDLT.

https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_Archive_Name=C-Bus-Toolkit_V1.15.10.zip&p_enDocType=...

if You application of the Fan controller is simple (Not linking Controllers) then the speed selection of low medium and high is based on the level of the applied Group Address.

level of 0 = Off

a Level of 1 to <=. Defined level for medium = Low

a Level > Defined level for medium  and <Level for High = Medium

a level =>High  =. High

For the EDLT.  Widget it is likely that for medium settings is select the value of High

if you change the value for medium in the EDLT. To value that is well between low and high. You should find that the medium speed is now setting as desired

kingdoms Regards

Mr C
