VFD ATV630U75N4 dc bus overload error
Hello, I have a machine with two motors (one using a VFD ATV630U75N4 and the other using a
ATS48D62Y soft start). Each of the motors will operate correctly independently. However, if the motor with the VFD ATV630U75N4 is running and then the motor with the soft start turns on, then the VFD errors out and stops with the DC bus overload error. In the troubleshooting manual, it says to check the mains voltage and that is fine. Any ideas what would cause this? Is the soft start causing a voltage spike which faults the VFD? Thanks
