ATV320 Migration from ATV312 CanOpen Issue

Good day,

I am trying to Migrate from a ATV312 drive to a ATV320 drive that is controlled over CanOpen protocol. I have copied all of the parameters over from the ATV312 to the ATV320, set Fr1,(Can Open Address and Speed) FLOC to the appropriate values. The drive powers up and connects to the CAN Network via the status LED but it cannot be controlled it just remains on NST, However the ATV312 works just as fine. Is there any difference on how the ATV320 needs to be controlled over CANOpen. Upon reading the Migration manual I was under the assumption that it was a clean migrate. Any insights into this issue would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you change the EDS file to the new one of ATV320? On ATV32 / ATV320 there was a parameter which worked as compability mode.  LINK

I´m not sure but I would expect the difference between ATV312 and ATV320C should be similar.

Hi, I do not have access to PLC program to change. I thought it would have been a straight swap. That compatibility mode is from ATV32 to ATV312. I thought this was the same for ATV312 but I guess not. Anything to confirm this?
