Highest Short circuit rating of Tesys U

Hello, 

In my plant, the existing panel contains Schneider TeSys D and TeSys U contactors.

We would like to change a motor for a bigger one.

What is the highest rating we can cover with the TeSys U?

Thanks for the interest you show on TeSys U .

Concerning you request about "more powerfull motor":  The TeSys U range has recently been extended up to 18,5kW /38A within the same form factor: 45mm width *154mm height.  This extension is available for both 1 way motors and 2ways-motors. Also,  Like current range , this extension can be equipped with the 3 types of Control unit: LUCA, LUCB and LUCM,  and is compatible with all Communication units available on the catalog.

Regarding your question about short circuit rating:   TeSys U performances are the following: 50kA/480Vac   but can be extended up to 130KA/480Vac with the use of Current limiters modules. (LUALB1 or LA9LB820)
