Does anyone have a technical document for data of output voltage and current harmonics for ATV 630 and ATV 930 Drive modules ?

Hi, you can only have current spectrum as the voltage is determined by the outside system. if you need to perform a calculation then the best is to use a tool, at first I can recommend you the Ecostruxure Motor Management Design, but you can also use ETAP or similar. The spectrums of 630/930 are very similar and overall THDi is in the range 40-44%.

Dear Bhavik,
My colleague Delcho is discussing the Total Harmonic Distortion of Current (THDI) at the input. Thanks to our built-in DC choke, it is around 40-44% at nominal current. The Total Harmonic Distortion of Voltage (THDv) will depend on the characteristics of the supply at the connection point.
Regarding the output, these values are generally not relevant and have no direct impact on your network. As a high-level overview, I can tell you that the THDv output (theoretically around 20% at 50 Hz) will be high because the drive generates a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal to control the voltage and frequency. On the other hand, the THDI output will be low, around 5% or less (depending on the motor, switching frequency on the drive, control law, etc.), thanks to the integration done by the motor inductance.
Thank you!
