Hello,
Just looking for a bit of help with a new vfd. We had a shaker, and a 5hp vfd configured with ethernet communication for control. They removed the shaker and put a 7.5 hp motor for a pump in its place. I tried to load the shaker program in, change the vfd my device settings to match the new vfd but I'm not sure what else to change for the software to load tge program into the new vfd. I get an "Error 1006" message about the dtm not.matching the device topology. Looking for a way to correct this. I'm a novice user at best so any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

We recently came across this in the USA support team. We found that the customer was trying to load a SoMove file into the ATV320 drive that was missing an option card. Physically check the drive slots to confirm that you are not missing the option card as part of the programming.
Alternatively, contact your local Country CCC to initiate a technical support case to follow up on your specific issue.

Error 1006 indicates a mismatch between the device's physical configuration (topology) and the DTM configuration. To resolve this:
Change the topology before transferring the configuration to ensure the power rating and option cards are consistent between the SoMove configuration and the remote drive.
