Hello everybody,
My ATS48C17Q (170A) is experiencing a PHF error when I press RUN. I have restored the default settings and loaded the old program, but the issue persists. Currently, I've installed a new soft starter and it runs OK. The old soft starter runs fine when I adjust the SST (Small motor) parameter to test a small motor.
Experts, please help me. Thank you, everyone.

Hello
If the fault is detected after completion of the acceleration ramp, ensure the proper connection of the shorting contactor, if used. The output of the the shorting contactor must be connected to terminals A2-B2-C2, and must close within 200 milliseconds of reaching full speed.

Do you have a contactor upstream or downstream of the ATS?
FA176691
The PHF fault represents the detection of a phase loss downstream or upstream of the starter.
It is necessary to check the upstream/downstream and motor wiring and the intervention of any protection devices.
If the starter Start command is passed together with the line contactor closing command, it is possible that the ATS48 starter goes into PHF fault: in this case it is sufficient to delay the closing of the Start command.
