Hello

We have done integration with third party company. They are reading and writing values to SmartConnector. We have configure link between SmartConnector and ES with EWS protocol. Some reason they could not login in for 6h yesterday and after that there were lots of successfully logins.

Would could be the reason for this?

I have attach modified Smartconnector log.
