Unable to poll alarms from Get/AlarmEvents in Smart Connector
In our system we need to get get the alarms from EBO to smart Connector
We need to get all the active alarms from the EBO in the smart connector
we first tried with Get/Alarms
but bulk retrieval is not possible so in forum we have came through Get/AlarmEvents
While using Get/AlarmEvents we are getting Error: Authorization has been denied for this request
Attached the screen capture also
Guide as what we need to configure in the EBO or in smart connector
to rectify this error and to get all the active alarms in the smart connector
With Regards,
Swetha

Are you logged in with a valid user in the upper right corner? The frame around user/password should turn green when properly logged in IIRC.

Are you sure the login token is not expired? I get the same error 5 minutes after logging in due to the token expiring. Before that it works fine. The timeout can be set in the endpoint.

As suggested, it would appear that you are not actually logged in. The Username and Password boxes should have a green box around them if you are actually logged in. If you are having an issue logging in, make sure EWS is enabled and 'redirect http to https' is not ticked in the EBO set up (unless you are actually using HTTPS between the SmartConnector and EBO).
