Following error occurs on some trend logs with Get TrendSamples
Some logs works as expected but some return code 500 and the error message.
But if I rename the log to something else in Workstation and try again with the new id it works just fine?
Any help or ideas how to fix this without renaming logs?

I believe that a newer version fixed my issue. You can also try clearing your in memory cache. See screen shot.
It is a similar issue yes. But we already had newer version than that post.
Is there anything I should know before clearing the memory cache? Or is it safe to do? I mean that there are multiple users using that Smart Connector.
I can't answer that, not knowing your setup, but it is unlikely to cause any issues.
