Hi,

Our customer in Canada (Chicoutimi Hospital, Quebec) has the following problem. The SmartConnector stopped working yesterday. The SmartConnector log file shows this error:

Hi Michael,

The error states that SQL is configured to only accept a single admin user being connected a time. This seems like it's potentially a configuration issue on the customers database. I would have them look into this.
