Hi,

Our customer in Canada (Chicoutimi Hospital, Quebec) sent me the SmartConnector below with this errors (in French language)

2021-01-21 07:09:49.2920,Error,Processor,<no principal>,Il n'existait pas de point de terminaison à l'écoute sur http://localhost/EcoStruxure/DataExchange pouvant accepter le message. Ceci est souvent dû à une adresse ou une action SOAP incorrecte. S'il est présent, voir l'élément InnerException pour plus d'informations.
Le serveur distant a retourné une erreur : (404) Introuvable.

After translation to English the text is:

There was no listening endpoint on http://localhost/ EcoStruxure/DataExchange that could accept the message. This is often due to an incorrect SOAP address or SOAP action. If present, see the InnerException element for more information.
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not found.

Can you please explain what is causing this error?

Hi Michael,

Two potential issues:

1. The EWS address is not correct, either because the hostname, or port is incorrect.

2. EWS is disabled in EBO.

Can you check both of these?
