Hi,
I have recently installed SmartConnector v2.4.21 and configure some EndPoints as SOAP EWS REST. The Integration Platform which is connecting to these requires rates per minutes increased. I have done this in previous version under the Throttle Policy for each EndPoint.
This version does not appear to have this. I checked the SmartConnector RESTful EWS Gateway document and it is still mentioned within.
I had initially been using Chrome, so I have installed FireFox and it is still not present. I also inspected the page with Chrome and searched for throttle in case it was not loading the page in a way I could see the Throttle Policy branch of the tree.
Has this been moved somewhere else? Do I need to enable something? Or have I mucked up the install somehow?
Any help would much appreciated.

Hi Chris,
I just took a look and it looks like it is in the same spot it has always been. I am in 2.4.21. Can you try and re-create the SOAP gateway? I have no idea why it would just dissapear!
Best Regards,
-Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Well this is weird, I recreated as suggested and the Throttling Policy is now there. I had an Enterprise Server and several AS-P set up as end points and none of them had the Throttling Policy.
I can only guess there was some error in the one I cloned and it replicated through.
Cheers,
Chris

Hi Jeff,
After recreating some of the EndPoints again I went back to check the one I was "cloning" it from and the "Throttling Policy" has disappeared again.
It looks like if I use a configured endpoint as the original for cloning once or twice it has the "Throttling Policy" disappear. The work around is I will create each EndPoint from new rather than cloning, just a bit more time consuming having to re-enter all the details.
Cheers,
Chris
