SmartConnector Service Won’t Start After Install

HI All, 

I facing issue SmartConnector Service Won’t Start After Install. Any idea? 

I tested v2.2 and v2.4 also facing same issue.

I did installed the .NET 4.8

WIndow 10 pro.

Hi Jeffrey, make sure during the SmartConnector installation, Database Server Name and Database Name are correct. I had a similar problem and my issue was I did not set the correct Database Server Name.

Have you checked the log in c:\ProgramData\SmartConnector\Logs ?

This might give you the answer you are looking for..
