Can the items in the SmartConnector In Memory Cache be safely deleted?
We have a site that has 2 EBO Enterprise Servers (connected to an Enterprise Central). Both ES computer has SmartConnector Framework installed and setup with SOAP REST Provider Endpoints. There is an issue with one of the ES where alarms GET is taking a long time to respond. The different I can see between the two is that the SmartConnector with an issue has a lot more items in the In Memory Cache and I would like to delete them to test.
SmartConnector v2.4.25
EBO v3.2.2

Yes i believe so. I had a similar issue on a site where there were two clients for REST API who were polling quite intensively. The in memory cache would keep climbing and not clearing like it is meant to. I was given a new build by product support that fixed the issue, but i haven't seen that version published yet.

Thanks Steve. I will try it and probably also contact PSS. The customer is running SmartConnector v2.4.25. From your experience with this, would you recommend updating to latest v2.4 version or to 2.5? I looked at the release notes and I do not see any fix for this. Was wondering if there are any fixes not published.
