I have added a .dll for an external sFTP library to my project, In testing this works fine, but when I add the connector.dll into smartconnector, the add process page no longer sees my extension. I removed the references and code from my project and tried again and it still doesn't recognise my processors. Any ideas as to why this is happening ?

Hi James,
The most common cause of this issue is if the Nuget packages that you used to build the Extension is not the same version as the installed version of SmartConnector you have.
Please check that your Nuget packages and Service are the same version, and if they are not the same, update as necessary.

James,
Another issue could be the third party DLL. Did you deploy that along side your Extension DLL as well?
I also recommend looking at the log files. Ensure that Portal logging is included and that the logging level is set to Debug. Then try again to add your Processor again and inspect the log results.
