Smart Connector Installation Error

Hi everyone;

When I try to run the smart connector from the services, I get the error "The SmartConnectorService service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs". I have requested for the Devoloper license but it hasn't been approved yet, could that be the reason?

Please attach the log output from %programdata%\Smartconnector\Logs and we'll see what's going on.

It looks like smartconnector can't connect to your database. Please double check your database connection details.
