Hi,
Our EBO discovery processor ignores the "Folders to Scan" when "Start Search At Root Container Item" is "False".
For example, if I add a folder to scan named "/Server 1/MyValues/Building", the discovery processor doesn't find any EBO values.
Info,Processor,<no principal>,EBO OPC Item Discovery Processor,ExtractValueItems, valueItems count = ,0,
I appreciate any help.
Thank you.

Hi Michael,
This setting is likely expecting EWS ids.
So instead of /Server 1/MyValues/Building try 00/Server 1/MyValues/Building. Notice the difference of the prefix '00'. This represents a container item (folder).
Best Regards,
-Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Can we assume that when the folder name "00/FoldeName" will be always transformed to "01/FolderName"?
Thank you.
