OC and EF signal reporting issues at RTU (NXS250 MCCB micrologic 7.2E)
Dear Team,
We have installed a 250A MCCB (NSX Compact Micrologic version) at the 415V LV Switchboard, used as the incomer feeder. However, we are currently facing an issue where the Overcurrent (OC) and Earth Fault (EF) signals are not being reported to the RTU. As per the configuration, bit 0 of register 12004 is assigned for OC and bit 3 for EF. However, we have checked using ModScan, and these bits are not showing as high during fault simulation. Could you please advise how to properly configure the OC and EF signals for remote monitoring via the RTU? Your support in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Sugumar.j
