We tried to set up the smart connector server and used a license token to generate the license for continuum alarm extension, but Smart Connector license server keep on going to the same upload license screen beside valid license upload. we have tried both the option of applying license token and manual license upload, but it's not going through.

You will actually need two licenses for this to work.
To get the license for #1, follow the manual steps, but instead search for "SmartConnector". See the below screenshot.
Depending on where you are installing this, select the license that pertains to you (Make sure to get the 2.3 version). The evaluation license is a 30 day license, the developers license is a 90 day license, and the Commercial is a permanent license. Follow the instructions on the screen for each, and upload this license to the SmartConnector portal. After you do that, hopefully this will fix the issue you are seeing.
