Any official presentation?

Hi:

I am going to deliver some training of SmartConnector to others in next month, both for sales level and engineer level.

Is there any official presentation can be shared for such purpose? I am hesitate to ready one by myself since I can't make sure I will deliver absolutely accurate information to others, or with exactly correct terms.

Hi Austen,

There is no official presentation for Smart Connector training today. Just the Developers guide really.

However, we have it in the pipeline to create a series of online video training for Smart Connector.

There are a few presentations and a Video that explain Smart Connector at a high level the video is on the SmartConnectorserver.com site. What is important is understanding what Smart Connector is; it is a framework to build integrations at a system to system level (system can be in the cloud) these are called Smart Connector Extensions. These Smart Connector Extension run as MS Window services on a Smart Connector Framework.  The Smart Connector Framework is licensed to a Machine thumbprint for a nominal cost of currently $250.The Smart Connector Extensions can be also licensed and some cost may be associated in getting this license. There is a forum (you're on it now) and a Marketplace where completed Smart Connector Extensions can be found. If an integration using Smart Connector is needed and does not exist, the option is to ask the community to develop one. You should work with Brad Stradtmann to get sales material as he is the current offer manager for Smart Connector. I can give you material I have.  The video is always a good start.

Thanks Michael, each time I logged into SmartConnectorServer.com web portal directly and didn't notice the video before logging in, and for sure the video is a good start.

I have prepared a presentation bases on the three manual documents and thanks for your sharing if you already get some materials.
