Are you able to turn on 'System' and 'Service' logging (in logging filters), and also set the logging level to trace. Then reboot the PC? This will start adding stuff to the log about licensing.
Can you send me a sample of the log after you do this?

Hi Steve, did you get this sorted out in the end? I was having the same issue but I am running v2.4.25 and I found this post when I was trying to find a fix.
One day, the machine thumbprint just kept changing every time my laptop is restarted. Could not figure out the issue until I remembered that I have disabled the 'VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter' (installed and used by PCT) recently. Once I enabled this, the machine thumbprint stops changing. And it seems to have reverted back to the previous thumbprint and the licenses activated previously work again.
