Is it possible to generate an alarm using REST APIs?

Is it possible to generate an alarm using REST APIs? For example: "This alarm was generated via REST API".

Note: the alarm is not defined in the EBO.

Hi Michael,

It is not possible to trigger an alarm directly. But if you configure an alarm in EBO, and then know which value of a Value object will trigger it, you can set the value of that Value object and effectively trigger an alarm.
