Hi,
We have a customer who is getting this error in the SmartConnector log file:
Error, Processor, <no principal>, The remote server returned an unexpected response: (405) Method Not Allowed.
The remote server returned an error: (405) Unauthorized method.

Hi Michael,
It's almost like they are connecting to the wrong endpoint. Can you check to make sure that the URL and Port for the EBO endpoints are correct?
