Hi,
Our customer is getting this error in the SmartConnector log file:
2018-10-16 15:41:16.2932,Error,Processor,<no principal>,Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'localhost:8019'.
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.
The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
Any idea what is the problem?

Hi Michael,
It looks like they may have set the server address to HTTPS and are using an HTTP port. Make sure the URL for EBO in your processor configuration starts with HTTP or make sure the port number (8019 in this case) is changed to the HTTPS port of EBO.
