Hi,
We have recently noticed that the Enpoint would stop, apparently for no reason, and we can't start it again until we have restarted the SmartConnector service.
So 2 Questions:
1) How can I see why the Endpoint stops in the first place?
2) Why do I need to restart the service to get it running again.
The Log file contained in ProgramData/Smartconnector/Logs unfortunately does not give me enough info to figure this out.

We have had received some reports where adding a USB drive to the host system will affect the "thumbprint" and cause the license validation to fail. This will cause all Processors, EWS Servers, and Endpoints to stop. We log this occurrence (using "Worker Manager" filter).
As long as there is a valid license, there is no reason that an Endpoint will not start again; assuming that the port used is available. Activity for starting and stopping all endpoints is logged under the "Service" filter. Any failures encountered when starting the Endpoint will be likewise logged.
In all cases, make sure that your logging level is set to "Debug".
