Good day,
We're experiencing technical difficulties with SmartConnector to EcoStruxure Building Operation. At some point, without real cause, EcoStruxure Web Service interface stopped connecting to SmartConnector endpoint. We were getting data, but at some point interface went offline and we cannot get it back online.
After performing some edits in the interface setting, it's visible as online for a while, but no data is gathered.
Serwer EWS Version still swtiches to "?", even after setting 1.2.
In hardware/EcoStruxure Web Services we get error and cannot Host EWS:
Please, I really need some tips how to fix this situation. SmartConnector seems to be working fine, at least from it's side. This thread may be related to SmartConnector, yet I cannot post a new thread there - may it be moved to approperiate site?

I'd start by ensuring that the required ports are open.

Ports are open, were checked with PowerShell

check that smartconnector services are running.
check event viewer to see if services stopped.
check windows updates to see if server restarted or logged out user.
set smartconnector services to restart on failure (for all three drop downs in the services properties) and try setting it to automatic (delayed start).
ensure sql services are running.
ensure opc services are running.
