Configuring an EWS RESTful Endpoint for HTTPS

Is there a guide for configuring and EWS RESTful endpoint to use HTTPS? i.e. The REST client connecting to the endpoint will use HTTPS.

Yes, it's explained in the Smartconnector Installation and Configuration Guide under section 12.2.2 "Configuring HTTPS on SmartConnector Endpoints"
