CBM (conditional-based maintenance) now is a supplement or precondition for more advanced services, such as predictive maintenance within the EcoCare scope. By leveraging data collected in the general PMS (power monitoring system) and applying empirical algorithms, CBM can be concretized and built up as an independent offer. Furthermore, it could enhance our Service Plan scope finally.
Based on the data stored in the general PMS and with the help of an algorithm, this model may output the relative uper or lower condition information on devices stress level (operating conditions), then the implement of CBM could be obtained effectively.
This model can serve as a functional component of service software such as AA System, or as an independent edge control software application such as Power Operation.
Data from a general PMS can include, but is not limited as: load rate, number of switch on-off, general power quality (THDi), alarm data, environmental parameters (optional), and maintenance logs (optional).
