🎯 Idea: CEO Spinwheel Visits – Bringing Leadership Closer to Every Office
Objective
To strengthen the connection between leadership and all employees, especially in smaller or remote offices, by introducing a fun and fair system that allows the CEO (or other senior leaders) to visit different offices on a rotating basis.

 

The Concept

  • A “Spinwheel of Offices” is created, listing all small and mid-sized offices.
  • On a monthly or quarterly basis, the wheel is spun (virtually or live during a company-wide meeting).
  • The selected office gets a CEO visit (or another senior leader), including:
    • A town hall or fireside chat
    • Informal meet-and-greet
    • Local team showcase or tour
    • Optional community or team-building activity

Why It Matters

  • Boosts morale: Employees feel seen, valued, and energized.
  • Increases visibility: Leadership gains insight into local challenges and successes.
  • Fosters unity: Reinforces the idea that every office, no matter the size, is part of the bigger mission.
  • Encourages innovation: Local teams may prepare presentations or demos, showcasing their unique contributions.

Optional Enhancements

  • Mini-documentary or vlog of each visit shared company-wide.
  • Office spotlight in the internal newsletter or intranet.
  • Feedback loop: After each visit, gather insights and ideas from both the visiting leader and the local team.
