🎯 Idea: CEO Spinwheel Visits – Bringing Leadership Closer to Every Office Objective To strengthen the connection between leadership and all employees, especially in smaller or remote offices, by introducing a fun and fair system that allows the CEO (or other senior leaders) to visit different offices on a rotating basis.
The Concept
A“Spinwheel of Offices”is created, listing all small and mid-sized offices.
On amonthly or quarterly basis, the wheel is spun (virtually or live during a company-wide meeting).
The selected office gets aCEO visit(or another senior leader), including:
A town hall or fireside chat
Informal meet-and-greet
Local team showcase or tour
Optional community or team-building activity
