Wiser App v 3.7.3 (latest)
iOS 17.4.1 (latest)
Every time I start the app I'm prompted to 'Connect' and must manually type my password each time.
Is this by design?
If I enter the password and connect, it is able to control the cBus network. The password is never saved between sessions.
I have tried the 'Edit {site name}' option, in the app, and changed / changed back settings and saved with the password, but to no avail - the app still insists on prompting for the password to connect.
If it stays like this the app will be effectively useless. I'm not go through entering a secure (long / complex) password every time I want to control the app.

Hello Steve 🙂
Sorry for the late reply, what are you referring to with Wiser 2? What is the name of your app?
Regards,

Hi,
Yes, the software update fixed it, thank you.
I’m sure I had responded… though clearly not on the forum, here! App has been working since.
The app sometimes gets out of step with the physical network; where all circuits/lights will be shown as off, regardless of their actual state. Switching a couple of times via the app gets individual lights back in step for the session. Each time this happens I reboot the Wiser 1 unit and the app is then able to see the proper status. Wiser 1 often loses the time. Not sure why you don’t sync time from a connected app device automatically. Or at least notify user that network time is wrong. I know that the time can be re-synchronised in the app menus.
Thanks for following up though.
