Wiser window door sensor malfunction state CCT591012

Dear all,

I have several of these devices (CCT591012) and I noticed recently that, while the sensor do detect a door opening, the state systematically change after several minutes to "closed" while the window is still opened. All of them behave the same way.

This is a major problem which render those sensor totally useless and so far Schneider assistance was not able able to solve it.

Its seems the problems started after an update of the Wiser hub launched remotely.
