Insights+ Check is stuck

Hi there,

I have tried to Unlock Insights+ but its just stuck on "Checking your availability" with a spinning circle.

I've tried logging out and re-installing the app but that hasn't fixed it. 

I've contacted their support team but no one seems to be of any use so thought I'd escalate it on here in the hope someone has found a work around. 

Considering returning this kit as the app/connectivity is pretty poor...

Thanks for your post, i'm sorry to read that our support team didn't give us a right answer. Are you able to share with me the ticket number so i can ask them to provide an answer to you ?
